Hey there!

Wow… Almost two years since I’ve posted last. And the last post I sent out was about consistency…

I can make excuses all day long about how “busy” I am or how “crazy” work has been, but those would be just that - excuses. 2026 is going to be different, I have a really good feeling about this year and I’m so excited to share what I’ve been working on these past twelve months (the year of silence, I’m calling it). To keep it short, in 2025, I only put out 4 videos all year… and they all happened in the first half of the year. Let me explain.

Currently, we have a 3 stall garage, 2 of which is occupied by vehicles and the last stall is the “workshop”. Well, with a toddler who has plenty of toys/powerwheels/scooters, we were running out of room. That and the constant sawdust that would layer on our vehicles and anything else in the garage was getting pretty annoying. So, we made the decision that I had to move out… ok, not me personally, but my stuff - AKA the workshop stuff.

Truth be told, we had this plan in the back of our minds for a while because we knew this day would come, but we needed to save up the money and have a good game plan to start.

So in July of 2025, I began building my new workshop. Truly a dream come true.

  About a year ago I replaced most of the flooring on our first level with LVP. This was the first time I’ve tried laying LVP and although it took a while, we’re pretty happy with the results in the end.
